Once you've submitted a registration to join a club, the club admin needs to review it. Here's how to check where things stand.
Viewing your registrations
From your dashboard, tap View Registration on your registration status card (or find it from your profile menu). This opens My Registrations, listing every registration you've submitted, for yourself and any family members, with its current status: Pending, Approved, or Rejected.
What each status means
Pending. The club admin hasn't actioned it yet. You'll see a status like "Awaiting Club Approval." There's nothing to do here but wait, you can't speed this up from your side.
Approved. Tap the card to go straight to the membership selection screen and pick a membership tier.
Rejected. The card shows a View Reason action. Tap it to open a modal with the reason your club admin gave for the rejection. Tap Return to Home to dismiss it.
Note: A rejection doesn't automatically let you try again. If you want to reapply, you'll need to start the join flow again from the beginning.
FAQ
Will I be notified automatically, or do I need to keep checking?
PLAI sends a notification when your status changes, but you can also check My Registrations at any time for the current status.
Why don't I see a reason for my rejection?
If the club admin didn't provide one, the modal will say "No reason was provided by the club."
I don't see any registrations at all.
If you haven't submitted one yet, this screen shows "No registration requests yet," and no status card appears on your dashboard.
