How to Add Documents and Download a Member's Registration Form

How club admins can upload documents to a member's profile and download their originally submitted registration form.

Keeping a complete digital file for each member means being able to attach documents and pull up what they originally submitted.

Uploading a document

  1. Open the member's profile and scroll to the Documents section on the Profile tab.

  2. Tap Add Document.

  3. Choose a file from your device.

The document appears in the Documents section right after upload, with its file name and upload date. Recommended file types are PDF, JPG, or PNG, up to 10MB each; there's no cap on the number of documents you can attach.

Note: Uploaded documents are admin-facing records, the member can't see them. They stay on the profile until an admin deletes them.

Downloading a registration form

Tap Download Registration Form on the Profile tab to download the member's original submission, including their signed document if they signed one, to your device. This option is hidden if the member hasn't submitted a registration form.

Important: The downloaded form is the original submission. It can't be edited by an admin after the fact.

FAQ

Can I upload the same file twice?

Yes, PLAI stores each upload as its own separate entry, even with a matching file name.

What if the upload gets interrupted partway through?

The upload fails cleanly, no partial file is stored, and you'll see: "Upload failed. Please try again."
