How to View a Member's Profile

What club admins can see on a member's profile page, including personal details, medical and emergency information, linked children, and submitted forms.

Tapping into a member from the roster gives you a complete, read-only picture of who they are and what they've submitted to the club.

Opening a profile

Tap any member card on the roster. The member detail view opens, defaulting to the Profile tab. Two other tabs, Membership and Payments, sit alongside it (covered in their own articles).

What's on the Profile tab

  • Email address, phone number, gender, and date of birth

  • Medical information and emergency contact details

  • Linked child profiles, if any, each tappable to open that child's own profile

  • Submitted registration forms, viewable in read-only mode

  • Custom attributes your club has added

  • Documents uploaded to this member's file

Important: Medical information and emergency contacts are only visible to Full and Group Admins, never to other members.

If a member has no emergency contact on file, that section shows "No emergency contact on file" rather than being left blank or hidden.

Navigating to a linked child

Tapping a child's card opens that child's own profile with the same structure. From there you can navigate back to the parent's profile. Child profiles don't have their own login, but they do appear as separate entries in the member list, each with their own membership record and payment history, and each shows its linked guardian(s) rather than being nested under the parent.

FAQ

Can I edit a member's personal details directly from here?

No. This view is read-only. If something's out of date, use the profile update request action to ask the member to correct it themselves.

What happens if the member's account is deactivated while I'm viewing the roster?

The profile loads in a read-only, deactivated state with a status indicator, and some admin actions may be limited.
