View & Manage is your dashboard for keeping an eye on every facility your club has set up.
Opening the dashboard
Tap View & Manage. You will see 2 sections:
My Upcoming Bookings, a horizontally scrollable row of your own confirmed bookings, each with Get Directions and Cancel actions.
View Club Facilities, a searchable list of every facility created for the club, regardless of which groups it is shared with.
Type in the search field to filter the facility list by name as you type.
Note: A facility that has "Accept Bookings" turned off still appears in this list, marked as Closed, rather than disappearing. It just cannot take new bookings.
Opening a facility's detail page
Tap any facility card to see:
Its image, name, address, price, hours, and duration
A Confirmed Bookings section, listing upcoming bookings by date and time, with the attendee's name and how many people they are bringing
A Book a Slot action, if you want to book it yourself
Tap View All under Confirmed Bookings to see the full list beyond the initial preview.
FAQ
Can I see who has booked a facility, and how many people they are bringing?
Yes. The Confirmed Bookings list on a facility's detail page shows the booking member's name and any additional attendees. This is only visible to admins.
