Creating a facility makes it available for members to discover and book time slots against, such as a pitch, a set of nets, or a hall.
Step 1: Name your facility
From the Facilities empty state, tap Create a Facility.
Enter a Facility Name (required).
Optionally add a Description, up to 120 characters. A counter shows how much room you have left.
Tap Next.
You will land on the Create Facility hub, which shows 4 configuration chips: Facility Location, Booking Rules, and Availability (all required), and Booking Fee (optional).
Step 2: Set the location
Tap the Facility Location chip.
Type an address. A list of matching suggestions appears.
Select an address, then confirm it on the map preview.
Tap Confirm.
Step 3: Set booking rules
Tap the Booking Rules chip.
Tap Select the Groups who can Book and choose Public, All Members, or specific groups and sub groups.
Optionally turn on a Daily booking limit per member and/or Weekly booking limit per member, and set the maximum using the stepper.
Tap Save.
Note: If you turn on Share with Public, anyone, including non members, can see and book this facility from your club website, and group selection becomes unavailable while that toggle is on.
Step 4: Set availability
Tap the Availability chip.
Select the days the facility is open (you can select more than 1).
Set an opening and closing time.
Optionally turn on Bookings start at top of hour.
Choose a slot duration: 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes, or 2, 3, or 4 hours.
Tap Save.
Step 5: Set a booking fee (optional)
Booking Fee defaults to "No Fee." To charge for bookings:
Tap the Booking Fee chip.
Toggle Collect fees on.
If you have not connected Stripe yet, you will be taken through the Stripe activation flow first. This only happens once per club.
Enter the booking fee amount.
Review the breakdown shown on screen: the booking fee, the payment processing fee (4.4% + 50p, deducted), the checkout fee (paid by the member), and the net amount your club receives.
Choose which connected Stripe account should receive the payout.
Tap Save.
Step 6: Create the facility
Once Location, Booking Rules, and Availability all show as complete on the hub, the Create Facility button becomes active. Tap it to publish the facility to your selected groups.
FAQ
What happens if I set a slot duration that does not fit my opening hours?
If your slot length is longer than the window between your open and close time, no bookable slots will be generated for that day. Double check your Availability settings if members report no slots showing.
