There are 2 ways to book a facility: browsing by time slot, or starting from the facility's own page.
Booking from the Book a Facility tab
Tap the Book a Facility tab.
Select a date on the calendar.
Tap a time slot filter chip. The list updates to show only facilities that are free at that time.
Tap a facility card. The Book button becomes active.
Tap Book to open checkout.
Booking from a facility's detail page
Tap View & Manage, then tap the facility you want.
On the facility's detail page, tap Book a Slot.
Pick a date. Time slots that are already booked appear as disabled chips.
Tap an available time. The Book button becomes active.
Tap Book to open checkout.
Checking out
Checkout shows the facility name, duration, date and time, and a fee breakdown if one applies: Facility Booking Fee, Transaction Fee, and Total due.
Optionally tap Is anyone joining you? and select any club members coming with you. They will be notified and the booking will appear on their own schedule too.
Choose a payment method: Apple Pay, Google Pay, a saved card, or add a new card.
Tap Pay [amount].
If the facility is free, there is no fee breakdown or payment step, you will see a simpler Confirm Booking action instead.
Important: Adding other members to your booking does not split the cost between you. You pay the full fee unless your club has set this up differently.
Once payment goes through, your booking is confirmed and appears under My Upcoming Bookings. The slot becomes unavailable to everyone else.
If the slot is taken before you finish paying
Occasionally 2 people try to book the same slot at once. If someone else's payment completes first, your checkout will fail and you will be returned to slot selection, with that slot now shown as disabled.
FAQ
Can I book a facility that is not accepting bookings?
No. If a facility has "Accept Bookings" turned off, it cannot be booked, even if it is otherwise fully configured.
Have I reached my booking limit?
Some facilities set a daily or weekly limit per member. If you have reached it, the Book button will be disabled and you will see a message letting you know.
