Both published and draft articles can be edited at any time. Editing a published article updates it immediately for everyone who currently has access to it. There's no version history, so your save overwrites the previous content.
Edit an article
Find the article in the Articles feed, or open it.
Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) on the article.
Tap Edit Article.
The rich text editor opens, pre-filled with the article's current content, cover image, and settings. Make your changes.
Tap Save.
Your changes go live right away. No republishing step is needed, and editing does not resend any notifications to members.
Note: If you try to leave the editor with unsaved changes, you'll see a prompt asking you to confirm before your edits are discarded.
Who can edit what
Club admins can edit any article in the club.
Group admins can edit articles they created for their own groups.
FAQ
Will members be notified that I edited an article?
No. Editing never triggers a push or email notification, even for a published article that members have already seen.
What if two admins edit the same article at the same time?
The first save wins. If you try to save after someone else has already updated the article, you'll see a message letting you know it was recently updated so you can review the latest version before saving over it.
