How to See Who's Read Your Article

Learn how to check which members have viewed a published article and search for a specific member using Seen By.

Seen By lets you confirm whether a specific member has actually opened and read a published article, which is useful for important announcements you need everyone to see.

Check who's seen an article

  1. Open a published article, or find it in the Articles feed.

  2. Tap the three-dot menu (⋮).

  3. Tap Seen By.

  4. You'll see a list of every member who has viewed the article, along with their profile photo and the date and time of their first view.

  5. Type into the search bar to look for a specific member by name.

Note: A member only counts as having "seen" an article once they've actually opened and viewed it. Receiving a notification about it doesn't count. If a member views the article more than once, only their first view is recorded.

If a member you search for doesn't appear in the list, they haven't viewed the article yet.

FAQ

Can members see who else has read an article?

No. Seen By is only available to admins.

Does removing a member from the club remove their Seen By record?

No. If a member who viewed the article is later removed from the club, their entry stays in the list with their name and timestamp.
