If several members have outstanding balances, you don't need to chase each one by hand. The "Nudge to Pay" button on the Payments screen sends a reminder to everyone with money owed in one go.
How to send a bulk reminder
From the Treasury Payments screen, tap Nudge to Pay.
A confirmation modal opens explaining that every member with an outstanding payment will be notified.
Tap to confirm.
Every member with at least one outstanding or failed payment receives a push notification and an email, each with a direct link to pay.
You'll see a confirmation once the nudges have gone out.
Note: Both the push notification and the email are always sent together. There's no option to send just one.
Good to know
If a member has more than one outstanding payment, they'll get a single, consolidated nudge rather than one per payment.
There's no minimum time between bulk nudges. You can send another one whenever you need to.
If a member has disabled push notifications, they'll still get the email.
The Nudge to Pay button is disabled or hidden whenever there are no outstanding payments to remind anyone about.
FAQ
What happens if a member pays right as I send the bulk nudge?
The nudge is based on who's outstanding at the moment you confirm. If someone pays at the exact same time, they might still receive a reminder for a balance they've just cleared.
