If member details across your club are looking out of date, you can nudge everyone to review their own profile in one action.
Sending the request
From the member roster, tap the three-dot menu (⋮).
A bottom sheet opens with available actions, including Send Profile Update Request to All.
Tap it. A confirmation modal explains that a request will be sent to every member.
Tap Request Update.
A notification is sent to every current club member asking them to review and update their own profile. Child members receive theirs via their linked guardian's account. You'll see confirmation feedback once it's sent, and you're returned to the roster.
Note: This only sends a notification, it never changes any member's data directly. Members choose whether and when to act on it.
If you dismiss the confirmation modal instead of tapping Request Update, nothing is sent.
FAQ
Can I send this to just some members instead of everyone?
Not from this action. This always goes to the full current member list. To reach a single member instead, see the individual profile update request article.
Will new members who join after I send this get it too?
No. It's a point-in-time send against the club's member list at that moment. They'd be included the next time you send it.
Is there a limit to how often I can send this?
You can send it repeatedly. If the platform enforces a cooldown, you'll see: "A request was already sent recently. Please wait before sending another."
