Trip Statuses can be used to filter trips based on your workflow. Here are the Statuses and what they mean. You cannot edit these statuses but can change the color coding to each Status from your My Account page.
New Request: A new trip request form has been completed by a potential client.
Assigned: Trip has been assigned to an IC or someone on your team (if applies).
Started: You have started working on their proposal.
Proposed: You have sent out the the proposal.
On Hold: Client is pending decision.
Confirmed: Client confirms proposal/trip.
Paid: Client has paid.
Docs Sent: Travel docs have been sent to travelers.
Completed: Trip has traveled and is completed.
Cancelled: Trip is cancelled.
