Assigning a trip to a travel advisor involves a series of steps to ensure the advisor is well-informed and prepared to manage the client's travel plans. Here’s a general process you can follow:
Step 1: From a trip itinerary that you have created, select Trip Information.
Step 2: Select the "Leads Client Advisor" pane. This should show a dropdown with the list client advisors in your CRM. After selecting the advisor, confirm the assignment by clicking on the "Update" button. This will assign the trip to the chosen advisor and notify them of the new assignment via email.
You will see a notification pop up at the upper right-hand corner of your CRM, and it will appear in your Notification History.
