Room Description vs. Rooms Important Information
PlanitEasy has two different fields for room details — they work very differently:
Room Description — This is the client-facing field. Whatever you enter here appears on the client itinerary and mobile app.
Click on Rooms
2. Click on the action wheel and select 'Edit'
3. Add your room description
Rooms Important Information — This is for internal notes only. It does NOT display to clients on the itinerary or mobile app.
