How do I get free Core for 12 months?

Overview

For a limited time, Plasma One users can access the Core tier free for 12 months.

Core normally costs $199 per year or 20,000 XPL locked for 12 months.

To claim your free 12 months, you need to sign up and deposit $100 into your Plasma One account during the promotional window.

How to claim

To get free Core for 12 months:

  1. Sign up for Plasma One during the promotional period

  2. Deposit $100 into your account during onboarding

Once your deposit is confirmed, Core is automatically applied to your account for 12 months. No XPL lock is required.

How long is the promotional period?

The free Core offer is available for the first 7 days from launch. If you sign up and deposit $100 within that window, you will have Core free for the full 12 months regardless of when the promotional period ends.

What do I get with Core?

What happens after 12 months?

When your free Core period is coming to an end, you will receive a notification in advance so you have time to decide what to do next.

At the end of your 12 months, you have two options to stay on Core:

  • Pay the annual subscription: $199 per year, billed from your USD cash balance

  • Lock XPL: Lock 20,000 XPL for 12 months

If you do not take either of these steps, your account will move to the Lite tier.

Can I upgrade to Platinum during my free Core period?

Yes. You can upgrade to Platinum at any time from the Tiers tab. If you upgrade to Platinum, your free Core period no longer applies as you will be on a higher tier.
