Troubleshooting
Cannot see the employee list?
If the employee list is not visible, first verify that the correct location is selected. In accounts with multiple locations, employees are assigned to specific locations and will only appear when the appropriate location is active.
Clock In/Out not available?
If employees are unable to clock in or out, check their user role and permissions. The employee must have time-tracking or clock-in/clock-out permissions enabled in the Admin Portal. After updating permissions, ask the user to log out and log back in to apply the changes.
Floor Plan not visible?
If the floor plan is not displayed, it may be disabled or not configured for the selected location. Confirm that the floor plan feature is enabled in the Admin settings and that a floor layout has been created and assigned to the location.
Inventory not updating?
If inventory changes are not reflected, ensure that quantities are properly saved after editing. Double-check that the item update was completed successfully and that there are no unsaved changes. Refreshing the page or reloading the module may also help sync the latest data.
