The goal of this article:

Understand and interpret the statistics following the sending of your email campaigns:

Explore key metrics such as: click rate, conversion rate, delivery rate ect.

To access the statistics go to :

1. Engagement

2. Email campaigns

3. Choose a campaign

Here are the 6 indicators displayed:

-Delivered: shows the total number of emails delivered since the launch of the email campaign.

-Opened: shows the total number of emails opened by recipients.

-Clicks: indicates the total number of clicks in the campaign.

-Conversion rate: number of forms submitted divided by number of emails delivered X 100%.

-Unsubscribes: total number of unsubscribes from the campaign.

-Bounces: total number of temporary and definitive bounces

By clicking on each of them, you can get a detailed overview of the contacts behind these statistics.
