Occasionally you'll need to a bypass a provider and book a child on to an event. As the HAF coordinator you have access to every event and every child.
First head to events & activities:
Head to Central Booking Page and click the big navy "+ Add Bookings"
You can then add children by searching their name and the activity and then choose the dates and hit book!
