Sometimes you'll need to manually change a child's eligibility to say they are a Free School Meal as HAF Coordinator you're able to change a child's eligibility. To do this you'll need to head to the child's profile, the easiest way to do this is to click on the "Organisation" button in the bottom left corner:
You can then search for their name in the top left corner
You can then click on their name and select "Edit Data":
You then click on edit data and then one of the fields if you scroll down should say "Approved as eligible":
If you then change that to "Yes", they will be able to book activities.
