The Terms & Conditions section is where you define the agreement your clients must accept before confirming a session. It’s a critical tool for setting expectations, protecting your studio, and ensuring a smooth experience for everyone involved.
It’s shown at the final step of the booking flow — right before payment is made.

🔍 Where to find it:
Admin Panel → Terms & Conditions
🛠 What You Can Customize:
1. Full Terms & Conditions
This is the full legal/operational text your client must agree to before completing a booking. It’s linked on the final checkout screen and opens in a separate page or modal when clicked.
This should cover everything clients need to know or agree to, such as:
Cancellation policies
Late arrival rules
Studio rules (food, guests, pets)
Payment responsibilities
Rescheduling terms
COVID or health guidelines (if applicable)
Any disclaimers about liability, data, equipment, etc.
💡 You can format this clearly using headers, line breaks, and plain language. It’s fully editable and updateable at any time.
2. Short Terms (Optional)
This is a short text snippet that appears right above the checkbox on the checkout screen.
You can use this to summarize or call attention to one or two key policies — or simply keep it blank if you prefer to let the full version speak for itself.
Examples:
“Please arrive 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may lose time.”
“Payment is non-refundable within 24 hours of session time.”
✅ How It Works in the Booking Flow:
At the final step (right before payment), clients will:
See your Short T&C text (if used)
Be required to check a box that says “I agree to the Terms & Conditions”
Have access to view the full version in a separate page
The checkbox is required to proceed with the booking — no exceptions.
🔐 Why It Matters:
This step helps:
Protect your studio legally and operationally
Prevent disputes over rescheduling, refunds, or scope
Create transparency around what’s included (and what’s not)
Communicate professionalism and boundaries
✅ Summary:
Your Terms & Conditions are more than legal fine print — they’re your studio’s operating agreement with your clients. Use this space to make expectations clear, reinforce boundaries, and reduce confusion or conflict.
Set it once. Update it as your policies evolve. Every client will have to agree before they can book.
