📅 Availability
Define your studio's general working hours—without micromanaging every slot.
Think of Availability as your studio’s foundation for when you're open for bookings. It sets the framework for when sessions can happen, without dictating exact time slots or overriding session-specific preferences.
This is not where individual bookings get blocked or micromanaged—that’s what Slot Blocker is for.
Instead, Availability is all about setting your default rhythm—the general hours during which bookings could be made, as long as all other conditions (like setups, services, and session lengths) are also met.

🔧 Where to find it:
From the Admin Panel, head to:
Admin Panel → Availability
🛠️ How it works:
The Availability section is made up of two layers:
Recurring Weekly Schedule
One-Off Overrides (Custom Dates)
This gives you a perfect balance between day-to-day automation and full flexibility when you need it.
✅ Step-by-step: Set your recurring weekly schedule
Choose the days you’re open
Toggle each day of the week on/off depending on your operation schedule.Set your opening hours per day
Add a time window—for example, 10:00 to 18:00.
You can set different hours for each day.Add breaks (optional)
Need to block off lunch, reset between sessions, or handle team meetings? Use the break feature to carve out those slots.
📌 Breaks are excluded from the calendar clients see, so you won’t be booked during those windows.
🔄 Real-time calendar sync
All availability updates sync instantly to your public booking page, ensuring clients always see your current schedule. This reduces back-and-forth and helps prevent double bookings.
🧠 Why it matters:
Running a studio means juggling people, gear, and creative energy. The availability panel was designed to help you:
Avoid burnout by enforcing boundaries automatically
Stay in control of peak hours and off-times
Prevent booking conflicts with custom overrides
Adapt on the fly without needing to message clients
Set it once, adjust it anytime.
⚠️ Things to note:
⚖️ Availability vs. Slot Blocker
Let’s break it down clearly:
Feature | Availability (Studio-level) | Slot Blocker (Room-level) |
What it sets | General studio open hours | Specific unavailable times in a room |
Level | Applies to entire studio | Applies to individual rooms |
Use case | Define when bookings can happen | Temporarily prevent bookings (e.g. repairs, private use) |
Recurring? | Yes, by weekday schedule | No, it’s manual and event-based |
Overrides? | Sets baseline schedule | Temporarily blocks out time within that baseline |
Visibility to users | Immediately hides blocked slots in booking UI | Immediately hides blocked slots in booking UI |
➡️ Use Availability to define your studio’s official working hours.
➡️ Use Slot Blocker when a specific room isn’t usable during those hours.
🧩 Pro Tip: Make sure to connect the calendar
Even if Availability shows your studio open from 10:00–18:00, customers won’t see those slots unless:
A calendar is connected for each room (check the Rooms section to ensure this)
There are no overlapping bookings or Slot Blockers during that time
The service duration fits within the available time
✅ Summary:
Availability is your studio’s invisible gatekeeper—quietly doing the work of managing time, setting boundaries, and keeping bookings running smoothly. Once dialed in, it saves you hours of manual work and gives clients clarity and confidence when scheduling.
