Studios often need quick access to their data — whether for email campaigns, performance tracking, reporting, or syncing information into other tools. With the new Export CSV feature, you can now download your Users, Sessions, and Purchases data directly from Podyx.

This update gives studios full control over their audience and revenue insights.

With CSV export, you can:

  • Build targeted email lists based on activity, spend, or past purchases

  • Track returning clients vs. first-timers

  • Spot inactive users and launch re-engagement campaigns

  • Analyze booking trends, busy hours, popular setups, and high-value services

  • Pull data into CRM systems, BI dashboards, automations, and marketing reports

  • Save time — no more waiting for manual exports

This is a major step toward a fully self-serve analytics ecosystem on Podyx.

📝 How to Export

  1. Go to Sessions, Purchases, or Users in the left navigation

  2. Apply filters if needed

  3. Click Export CSV

  4. Your file will download instantly

That’s it — no waiting, no tickets, no delays.

📍 Where to Find the Export Button

You can export data from three tabs in your CMS:

  • Sessions

  • Purchases

  • Users

In each tab, you’ll see an Export CSV button in the top-right corner.

You can export all records or only the filtered view you’re currently looking at

—for example:

  • Sessions → Upcoming → User sessions

  • Purchases → filtered by date

  • Users → filtered by email or name

Whatever you filter is what gets exported.

📊 What’s Included in Each Export

1. Users Export

Everything you need for marketing, CRM integrations, or customer analysis:

  • First name, Last name, Email, Phone number, Registration date, Total money spent, Number of purchases, Current credit balance

2. Sessions Export

Perfect for operational reporting, schedule management, and service usage insights:

  • Purchase ID, Session date, Session time, User name, User email, Setup, Base service, Additional services

NOTE: Make sure to turn on the filter for upcoming or past sessions, as that will be the data that is exported.

3. Purchases Export

Useful for finance, marketing, and revenue tracking:

  • Purchase ID, User email, User name, Notes, Sessions included, Add-ons purchased, Total price, Total price (VAT), Purchase timestamp

NOTE: Make sure to turn on the filter for individual sessions or bundles, as that will be the data that is exported.
