Who this is for: studio operators · Product: Podyx V2
Your dashboard answers one question fast: how is the studio doing? More than that, it is your tuning panel. It turns every booking and payment into a few numbers you can act on, so you can adjust pricing and offers and actually see what moves the needle.

🗓 Pick your time window
Up top, switch between Today, 7 days, Month to date, 30 days, or a Custom range. Every metric below updates to the window you choose, so you can compare a slow week to a busy one.
💓 Studio pulse
Your headline numbers, split into Sold (booked), Delivered (sessions that have happened), and Backlog (booked but not yet delivered), for both Revenue and Sessions. Backlog is essentially work you have been paid for but still owe.
💶 Revenue and economics
Splits revenue into base versus additional (your core service versus add-ons), and shows economics per hour and per day. This is where you learn whether your add-ons are really carrying the margin, and which offers are worth pushing.
📈 Volume and capacity
Volume shows units sold and delivered per service. Capacity shows how much of your bookable time is actually used, which is your cue to fill idle hours with a promotion or open more availability.
🧭 Coach
The Coach surfaces guidance based on your numbers, a shortcut to "what should I do about this?" without the analysis.
🧠 Why it matters: treat it as a lab
The real value is experimentation. Try a higher base price, a new add-on, an off-peak discount, or a reordered service list, then watch the dashboard for a week and keep what works. Over time you stop guessing and start steering: pricing that holds, capacity that fills, and add-ons that lift every order. Your dashboard is how you find the formula that sticks for your studio.
✅ Summary
Set the window, read Studio pulse for the headline, then drill into economics, volume, and capacity to see what is driving it. Use it to test changes and tune your studio toward more revenue.
