Bundles let you sell prepaid packages of sessions at a discounted rate: "10 sessions for the price of 8," creator retainers, curated service packs. Clients pay upfront and draw down over time.

Think of Bundles as your studio's eCommerce storefront. Each one can have its own pricing tiers and audience, and together they are one of the strongest levers you have for upfront cash flow and client loyalty. A client who has prepaid for ten sessions is a client who keeps coming back.

🧱 How a bundle works

A bundle combines a service (and optional add-ons) with one or more pricing tiers. Once bought, it lands in the client's profile and they redeem sessions from there, with no payment needed at booking time.

🛠 Create a bundle

  1. Details: name, public description (what is included and who it is for), and images. Set the session duration and audience it applies to.

  2. Extras: optionally include add-ons in the bundle, and set an expiry with optional rollover for unused sessions.

  3. Tiers: set the deals, for example 5 sessions for €450 (save 10 percent), 10 for €850 (save 15 percent). Showing the savings encourages bigger commitments.

🛍 Sell and share

Use Embed cards to feature bundles on your own site, and share direct links in newsletters, on social, or with B2B partners. Great for retainers, persona packs ("Launch Your Podcast"), prepaid bulk discounts, and seasonal promos.

💳 What happens after purchase

The bundle appears in the client's profile, and they book against it in a simplified flow (choose a slot, confirm) with no payment needed, because the session pulls from their balance. Podyx keeps a live used versus remaining count for both of you.

📊 Track usage

See purchased bundles in Purchases, remaining sessions per client on their profile, and manually grant a bundle from the admin booking flow when needed.

  • Cash upfront: you get paid before the work, which smooths out your cash flow.

  • Loyalty by design: a prepaid balance is a reason to return again and again.

  • Higher lifetime value: bundle buyers commit to more sessions than one-off bookers.

⚠️ Things to double-check

  • Sessions booked from a bundle still respect setup availability and cutoff and cancellation rules.

  • To change a bundle after it has been purchased, duplicate it and create a new version.

  • Clients must be logged in to buy or redeem (first-timers create an account at checkout).
