Who this is for: studio operators (admin panel) · Product: Podyx V2
A bundle is a prepaid package of sessions. The client pays upfront and draws the sessions down over time. Two things make this powerful: you get cash in advance, before you have done any work, and a client sitting on prepaid credit is far more likely to come back and use it. Bundles are the most direct revenue lever in Podyx.

Admin Panel → Bundle Plans
🔗 Every bundle gets its own landing page
Each bundle has a shareable link and its own page, which you can customize with hero images, icons and the different package options. Use that link in a campaign, in a newsletter, or send it straight to a client you are negotiating with.
👥 Public plans and private deals
Public bundle plans appear on your customer-facing landing page for anyone to buy.
Admin bundles are custom packages you build for a specific client. Perfect when you negotiate a one-off deal and do not want that price visible to everyone else.
You can also keep a bundle active, inactive, or in draft until you are ready to launch it.
🎨 Design bundles around real customers
The best bundles answer a specific situation rather than just offering a discount:
A starter pack for someone launching their first podcast.
A master class pack for an experienced client who wants volume.
A monthly power pass with a limited-time discount.
💡 Two strategies worth stealing: create urgency with limited availability, and rotate your bundle themes each month. Clients start checking your site out of habit, even when they do not need a session yet.
🛠 Configure the bundle
Session duration for the sessions inside the package.
The base service that anchors the bundle.
Optional add-ons, granted per session or per week.
Pricing tiers, so buying more brings the per-session price down.
Public or client-specific visibility.
🧠 Why bundles matter
Cash upfront. You are paid before the work, which changes what you can invest in.
Higher lifetime value. A prepaid balance is a standing reason to return.
More predictable weeks, because bundle holders book ahead.
A negotiating tool, since admin bundles let you close a big client privately.
✅ Summary
Build a few bundles aimed at real customer situations, price them in tiers so volume is rewarded, publish the good ones and keep custom deals as admin bundles. Share the landing page link, rotate your themes, and let prepaid balances bring clients back on their own.
