Subscriptions turn one-off bookings into predictable, recurring revenue: plans that bill automatically and grant sessions each period. They are how you build a stable monthly base instead of starting from zero every month, which is the difference between hoping for bookings and knowing they are coming.

🛠 Create a plan

  1. What it includes: the sessions granted each period, plus any add-ons included (the extras a subscriber gets automatically).

  2. Billing: choose how often it bills (monthly, quarterly, or annually) and the price.

  3. Policies: set a rollover grace period if unused sessions should carry over briefly, and a cancellation policy (free, a fee, or an early-termination fee).

🔄 Auto-grant and the ledger

At the start of each period, subscribers are automatically given their sessions (and any included add-ons). They do not claim anything, the allotment just appears. Every grant, use, and expiry is recorded in a running ledger, so "how many do I have left?" always has a clear answer.

💳 Billing stays in sync

Renewals and billing run in the background, kept in step with your Stripe products and prices (or Square catalog), so what you charge always matches what you offer.

👤 For clients

Clients browse plans, subscribe, and later view, manage, or cancel from their own account, with no back-and-forth with you.
