Who this is for: studio operators (admin panel) · Plan: all plans · Product: Podyx V2
Podyx keeps clients informed automatically, so you are not sending confirmations and reminders by hand, and your no-show rate drops as a bonus. Beyond the standard emails, you can also create your own to nurture clients and win them back.

📧 System emails (editable)
Podyx sends a set of system-generated emails automatically, and you can edit their wording to sound like you:
Booking confirmation: immediately after a booking, with details and a calendar invite.
Reminders: ahead of the session, to cut no-shows.
Reschedule and cancellation notices: when a booking changes.
Receipts: when a payment is taken.
✏️ Custom emails you can create
On top of the system set, you can build your own. Podyx supports four custom email types, each aimed at a different moment in the client lifecycle:
Reminder: extra nudges around a session, on your own timing.
Follow up: a thank-you or next-step message after a session, to keep the relationship warm.
Re-engagement: win back clients who have gone quiet and get them booking again.
Subscription cancellation: a message when a subscription ends, to offboard gracefully or save the client.
🎨 Branded and on-message
Every email carries your studio name, logo, email banner, and contact details (from your General and Appearance settings), so it always looks like it came from you. You control which notifications are on and their timing.
🧠 Why it matters
System emails cut no-shows on their own, and the custom types turn one-off bookings into a full lifecycle: book, deliver, follow up, re-engage. That is repeat revenue you would otherwise leave on the table, all running automatically.
✅ Summary
Edit the system emails to sound like you, then add custom Reminder, Follow up, Re-engagement, and Subscription cancellation emails to nurture clients and bring them back, set once in Notifications.
