If you have an error while connecting your TikTok account to the app, it's most likely a permission issue. Before troubleshooting, you'll need to first verify that your TikTok account already has data on it so that Polar can pull insights into the app.
Make sure you have the necessary user rights to your TikTok account.
When you go through the authentication process when you connect your account, you need to check all permissions boxes, so we can access the data.
Please keep in mind that we don't currently have Conversion Value data from TikTok. Those metrics will currently populate as zeros in Polar. Take a look at this article to learn more.
