If you have an error while connecting your Google Ads account to the app, it's most likely a permission issue.
Make sure you have the necessary user rights to your Google Ads account.
Make sure you connect with an email associated with the Google Ads account.
When you go through the authentication process when you connect your account, you need to check all permissions boxes, so we can access the data.
Make sure that you have only connected one My Client Center (MCC) account for your Google Ads connector.
If you've tried the above steps and are still seeing an error message while connecting Google Ads to your account, you can try to remove Polar Analytics from the apps that have access to your Google Ads account, and then reconnect. To remove Polar, navigate to the below screen within your Google Ads manager and select "Remove access", then reconnect to Google Ads in Polar.
