Steps to Connect Bing Ads in Polar
Create a personal/private Microsoft account using a personal email address (Bing requires a personal Microsoft account — this is a Microsoft limitation, not Polar's)
Grant that personal email Admin access to the Bing Ads account
Add that same personal email to Polar as an Admin user
Log into Polar using the personal email
Connect Bing Ads from within Polar while logged in with that account
If the user doesn't have a personal email to use, they can convert their work email into a Microsoft identity without affecting Google Workspace:
Go to signup.live.com
Enter the company email and set a password
This creates a Microsoft authentication layer on top of the existing email
