How am I covered as a provider?

If your item is damaged or stolen during a rental made through Poppins, you’re protected by Poppins Protection up to 5000 euros.

We’ll help you coordinate with your own insurance, and if needed, cover repair costs or replacement value (if repair isn’t possible).

To make sure your claim is valid:

  1. Submit a claim within 48 hours after the rental period ends.

  2. Include clear details and photos of the damage.

  3. Our team reviews it and, if eligible, covers the repair or replacement.

💡 Tip: Always check the item together at pickup and return, and keep your conversations on Poppins — it helps speed things up if something happens.
