We’ll help you coordinate with your own insurance, and if needed, cover repair costs or replacement value (if repair isn’t possible).
To make sure your claim is valid:
Submit a claim within 48 hours after the rental period ends.
Include clear details and photos of the damage.
Our team reviews it and, if eligible, covers the repair or replacement.
