How do I arrange the handover and return of an item?

Before sharing:

You can cancel for free at any time before the rental start date. No penalty, no fees!

Meeting organization:

  1. Set together (lender and borrower) the date, time and location via the app messaging.

  2. Confirm the details before the meeting to avoid any confusion!

📌 Poppie's tip: if you're having trouble finding a meeting point, you can also arrange to meet at one of your regularly frequented places (work, gym, schools, etc.).

During the sharing

Pickup day: Simply meet up on the rental start date, and that's it! Poppins Protection* automatically activates until the planned return date. Feel free to share photos of the item in the chat to document its condition if you wish.

Return: Protection automatically stops at the end of the sharing. You don't have to do anything! If you need more time, contact support by clicking "Report a problem" in the conversation menu.
