🧯 What should I do if an item gets damaged or stolen?

Don’t panic — accidents happen, and Poppins Protection has you covered.

Our Protection Team will review the situation and guide both parties through repair or compensation — up to €5,000 for accidental damage or theft.

  • If you’re the borrower, inform the provider immediately and describe what happened.

  • If you’re the provider, you can submit a claim directly in the app within 48 hours after the rental ends.
