Our Warranty Team will review the situation and guide both parties through repair or compensation â up to âŹ5,000 for accidental damage or theft.
If youâre the borrower, inform the provider immediately and describe what happened.
If youâre the provider, you can submit a claim directly in the app within 48 hours after the rental ends.
In case of theft :
File an official report with your local police department.
Send the police report/complaint confirmation to our support team.
Contact your personal insurance regarding the stolen item and forward their formal response to our support team via claim@wearepoppins.com.
