🧯 What should I do if an item gets damaged or stolen?

Don’t panic — accidents happen, and Poppins Warranty has you covered.

Our Warranty Team will review the situation and guide both parties through repair or compensation — up to €5,000 for accidental damage or theft.

  • If you’re the borrower, inform the provider immediately and describe what happened.

  • If you’re the provider, you can submit a claim directly in the app within 48 hours after the rental ends.

In case of theft :

  • File an official report with your local police department.

  • Send the police report/complaint confirmation to our support team.

  • Contact your personal insurance regarding the stolen item and forward their formal response to our support team via claim@wearepoppins.com.
