If you can’t log in to your Praktika account after purchasing through Stripe, you can reset your password in just a few steps.
How it works
Enter the email address you used to sign up
Tap “Send reset link”
After you submit your email, you’ll receive an email at that address with clear instructions on how to access your account:
If you signed up with email and password
→ You’ll receive a link to set up a new password
If you signed up using Google or Apple
→ You’ll receive an email with clear instructions on how to sign in to Praktika using Google or Apple (see examples below)
If you signed up with Google
If you signed up with Apple
Not receiving an email?
If you don't receive a reset link, it usually means there is a typo in your email or you used a different login method.
