It is not uncommon to see the below error thrown when attempting to request eCredit:
If you come across this, the most typical reason this issue occurs is because there are errors in the contacts section. Head to the contacts tab and confirm all the info is correct, and there are no misplaced characters.
Once corrected, cancel any pending credit and re-request to run as eCredit.
