When adding the device inclusive item on the equipment tab you will need to check the "Include in Payment" checkbox and then add the gear.
Then you will set the service on the machine in the MPS tab.
To add the device inclusive hardware charge you will choose the "+ Misc. Charge Button"
From there you can set the quantity and from the pre-approved Group dropdown you can choose the one that fits your model.
