Modification to Terms & Conditions

⚠️ Effective 6/1/2026- Most deals under $100K / $3K monthly will no longer be eligible for T&C changes—use standard terms whenever possible.

To submit a contract language change (Terms & Conditions modification aka t&c modification please submit a form via XBS US Contract Change Request Form.

To streamline the process, the Contract Change Request form has been simplified and now includes:

  • Embedded FAQs

  • Links to key resources and portals

  • Expanded guidance based on the latest Terms & Conditions simplification rollout

Please plan your requests accordingly. The average time to completion remains approximately 5 business days. If your request exceeds this timeframe, please contact XBSContractChangeRequest@xerox.comXBSContractChangeRequest@xerox.com.

In addition to contract language requests, the form includes direct links to submit:

  • Specialized Billing

  • NDA requests

  • SLA requests

Additional detail may be required if not provided. An amendment may be required to outline special handling requirements, if approved.

For EXISTING specialized requests:
Complete the form for any contract rewrites or large additions.
