Beginning 7/8/25 please email all change requests related to lease and SSA docs terms and conditions (Ts&Cs) to the Strategic Sales & Operations Team to XBSContractChangeRequest@xerox.com.
Please ensure the following details are in your email to expedite the process. Note that requests not meeting these requirements will be returned, causing delays in processing:
Subject Line
Customer Name; Cash or Lease; Achieved Revenue; Region and Core Name
Body of Email
Specify the customer’s change request (a redline contract is not required; an email from the customer detailing the request is acceptable)
Achieved Revenue (PREO)
Link to PREO proposal (credit approval required)
Attach unsigned SSA and/or Lease Document
Important Reminders
No cross-off or redlines will be accepted as final contract documents.
It is the sales rep’s responsibility to follow this process to obtain proper approvals for contract acceptance before submitting for review in PREO.
You will receive an acknowledgement of your request and periodic updates. Please allow sufficient processing time and 5 business days before inquiring about the status, as this team may need to coordinate with multiple departments to obtain approvals based on the changes requested.
