How to Set Contact Information

  1. You can locate the contact section of Preo on the lefthand toolbar called "Contacts"

  2. Here in the contacts section you can add your customers contact information in the appropriate provided fields. You can either complete the information by clicking into the box or by choosing "Select From List" if this is an existing customer.

  3. When selecting from list you will get a sidebar that gives you all the contact information that we currently have for the customer from EA. You can choose the correct person to have it auto pulled over into the contracts tab.

  4. You also have the ability to "Copy to All Contacts". This button will take the contact listed in the Primary Contact section and duplicate it across all fields. This is a great feature for small businesses where it's the same person for all contacts but in larger customers we will need to complete each line item with the appropriate contact. This helpls prevent errors later on in processing.

  5. You'll notice at the bottom of the contacts pages is "Docusign CC Recipient Contact(s)" Anyone listed here will be CC'ed in on the Docusign email when that is sent. You will also noticed that there is "Docusign CC Counter-Signature Party". This will automatically populate to the rep assigned to the deal and is who will be cc'ed on the docusign as counter signature when docs are sent but you are able to update it by clicking "Change".
