You can use PREO to send documents for e-Signature via our DocuSign Integration. Sometimes, however, you need to send with Docusign.com directly. When downloading the completed envelope from Docusign.com, it is important to download the certificate of completion along with the document before uploading to PREO.
Log in to Docusign and click Manage. Find your envelope and select Download.
Select all documents (including the Certificate of Completion) and Combine all PDFs into one file. Select Download. Upload this file into PREO.
