PREO uses E-Automate in real-time to pull Customer information. When Sales Reps build proposals, they will select a "Parent" customer. When they set ship to locations, they will select from the "Locations" (or children) of the "Parent" customer.
This is what a Parent/Child Location looks like in E-Automate:
The Parent customer does not have anything in the Location column. This means that PREO will make this customer available as the primary customer on a Proposal.
The Child locations have "YES" in the Location column. This means that PREO will show these locations available in the Ship To location section on a Proposal.
Modify the Parent/Child Locations in E-Automate
Open the Parent customer record in E-Automate and use the "Locations" tab
