Let's say your customer has an existing fleet of equipment and you want to add those devices to a new service or MPS Agreement in PREO. How do we do this?

In order for contracts to accurately add the devices to the contract in E-Automate, we will need a list of devices (Make, Model, Serial Number, Asset Tag) that should be added to the contract.

You can create a list in Excel or Word and upload this file to the "Additional Documents" section in PREO.

When creating your agreement for the customer, simply make a note in the comments section that describes which devices you are including on the contract.

Contracts will read the signed contract, recognize the note in the comments section, and then search PREO for the list of devices you have uploaded.

TIP: Give your file a descriptive name to make it easy for Contracts to find

Use the comments section to give your customer and contracts a clear description with at least Make/Model/Serial
