If you have a proposal that shows up multiple times in your PREO Wallet then you are most likely listed multiple times on the Proposal. For example, if you are listed as both the Sales Rep and the Production Rep, the proposal may be duplicated in your wallet.
To resolve this issue, we need to unlock the proposal and correct the permissions page. If the proposal is locked, you should submit a Change Request so it can be unlocked and the change can be made.
