How to Get Support for Your AccountEdge Subscription

Whether it's a how-to guide or an answer from someone trained in support, we're here to help you find the support you need. Here’s how to explore your options and get in touch.

1. Browse the Free Knowledge Base

Everyone can access our Knowledge Base for how-to guides, setup walkthroughs, and troubleshooting tips. It's available for all customers, no login required!

It’s the fastest way to find answers, especially for common questions or quick fixes.

You can view our Knowledge Base here.

2. Submit a Support Ticket (For Active Subscriptions)

If you’re currently enrolled in an AccountEdge monthly subscription, you can reach out by submitting a support ticket:

  • Go to our support ticket form on our website here

  • You are able to submit a ticket by filling out the form and providing your AccountEdge subscription's serial number.

Note: If you’re using an older version of AccountEdge that is no longer supported, email support may not be available. But don’t worry — you can still browse the Free Knowledge Base or enroll in a new monthly subscription here.

3. Need Phone Support? Add a Support Plan!

If you are currently enrolled in a monthly subscription and need more assistance, you can add a Phone Support Plan!

  • Go to your My Account page on our website, linked here. You can add a support plan, and it will become active immediately after you apply it to your subscription (If you need help navigating how to add the support plan, see this article).

If you are currently enrolled in phone support, you can find what phone number you'd need to call here. The support team is available from 9AM to 5PM Eastern time, Monday through Friday.

Quick Recap

  • Everyone can use the Knowledge Base

  • Email support is available to active subscription customers.
