How to Get Support for Your AccountEdge Subscription

Whether you’re actively subscribed or just getting started, we’re here to help you find the support you need. Here’s how to explore your options and get in touch when needed.

1. Browse the Free Knowledge Base

Everyone can access our Knowledge Base for how-to guides, setup walkthroughs, and troubleshooting tips — no login required.

It’s the fastest way to find answers, especially for common questions or quick fixes.

You can view our Knowledge Base here.

2. Submit a Support Ticket (For Active Subscriptions)

If you’re currently subscribed to an AccountEdge product (meaning you’re actively enrolled in a supported version), you can reach out by submitting a support ticket.

Here’s how:

  • Go to our support ticket form on our website here

  • You are able to submit a support ticket using your current subscription’s serial number.

Note: If you’re using an older version of AccountEdge that is no longer supported, email support may not be available. But don’t worry — you can still browse the Knowledge Base, or enroll in a new monthly subscription here.

3. Need Phone Support? Add a Support Plan

If you are currently enrolled in a monthly subscription and need more assistance — you can add a Phone Support Plan to your account.

This is a separate plan that gives you access to phone-based support.

  • Once you’re logged in, you’ll see the option to add a support plan to your record.

  • Manage your support plan

Still Have Questions?

  • Check your plan status by logging into your My Account Page

  • Not sure which option is right for you? Contact us in the chat on our website — we’re happy to guide you!
