What happens when you get a job notification?

  1. Read the summary description of the job before accepting.

  2. If the job is the right fit for you, accept it.

  3. Once you accepted the job, you will get the customer's details.

  4. Contact the customer immediately to introduce yourself and get further information about the job requirements.

  5. If necessary, do a site visit.

  6. Quote the customer for work that needs to be done.

  7. The customer will get notification to accept or reject the quote.

  8. If there is a deposit invoice and they accept the quote, it will automatically be sent to them to pay.

  9. You can decide when you want to start the work.

  10. Do the work required and ensure you are always communicating with the customer and keeping them updated.

  11. Once the work has been completed, send the final invoice to the customer to pay.

  12. After the payment has been made, the job is complete.
