How do I send a deposit invoice?
If you have a deposit on your quote, the deposit invoice will automatically be sent to the homeowner once they approve your quote.
How do I send the balance invoice?
Once you have completed the work,
go to the job on your app
click on the Quotes & Invoices tab.
click on the blue request remaining balance invoice button
the invoice will be sent directly to the homeowner for payment
How will I know that the homeowner has paid the invoice?
You will get a WhatsApp notification to say that the invoice has been paid.
