Once the work has been completed, send the final invoice to the customer to pay.

The customer will get notification for payment.

Once paid - money will reflect in your account within 3 business days

How do I send a deposit invoice?

If you have a deposit on your quote, the deposit invoice will automatically be sent to the homeowner once they approve your quote.


How do I send the balance invoice?
Once you have completed the work,

  1. go to the job on your app

  2. click on the Quotes & Invoices tab.

  3. click on the blue request remaining balance invoice button

  4. the invoice will be sent directly to the homeowner for payment

How will I know that the homeowner has paid the invoice?

You will get a WhatsApp notification to say that the invoice has been paid.
