Once you have accepted the job, it is preferable that conduct a site visit to be sure of the scope of the work.

Quote the customer for work that needs to be done, by following the prompts in app.

Ensure quote includes, labour, materials and deposit if required.

  1. The customer will get notification to accept or reject the quote.

  2. If there is a deposit invoice and they accept the quote, it will automatically be sent to them to pay.

How do I send a quotes?

  1. Accept the job

  2. Confirm that you can do the job

  3. Open in your jobs

  4. Click on create and send quote button

  5. Fill in all the necessary details;

    1. quote number (if unique)

    2. issue and valid until dates

    3. materials (if applicable)

    4. labour

    5. add additional markup (if applicable)

    6. add discount (if applicable)

    7. VAT

    8. request a deposit (if applicable)

    9. notes

    10. terms & conditions

  6. Once you are happy with the quote, click on the preview and send button to send to the homeowner

How do I know that the homeowner has approved or rejected the quote?

You will get a WhatsApp notification to inform you that the quote has been approved or rejected.

If rejected, the homeowner might have provided a reason why. We recommend reaching out to the homeowner, should it be rejected to discuss further.
