How to Submit a Quote?

Your quote must match your assistment findings.

Clearly indicate:

  1. Repair or replacement

  2. Labour scope

  3. Materials required

Incomplete or inaccurate quotes may be rejected.

Why was my quote rejected?

Quotes may be rejected if:

  1. The scope does not match the assessment

  2. Pricing is unreasonable

  3. Incorrect repair methods are propsed

  4. Supporting information is missing


The Job Manager may request a revised quote.

What if costs exceed the rate card?

If costs exceed standard pricing:

  1. Discuss it with the Job Manager

  2. Provide clear reasoning why

  3. Submit supporting information and photos.


Additional costs must be approved before work continues.

Can I perform emergency repairs?

Yes, emergency repairs may be completed when necessary.

However;

  1. The Job Manager or assessor must approve the work

  2. Additional costs must be authorised

  3. Supporting evidence may be required

Do not proceed with major unapproved work.

Can I proceed without approval?

No. Major repairs and replacements require approval.
