If after clicking Launch Wizard nothing happens and you're inside the Theme Customizer, try enabling Run Wizard outside of Theme Customizer inside the Product Customizer Plus app block.
Find where you added Product Customizer Plus and click on it
Scroll down to Run Wizard outside of Theme Customizer, check the box and click Save
