If after clicking Launch Wizard nothing happens and you're inside the Theme Customizer, try enabling Run Wizard outside of Theme Customizer inside the Product Customizer Plus app block.

  • Find where you added Product Customizer Plus and click on it

  • Scroll down to Run Wizard outside of Theme Customizer, check the box and click Save

  • Try launching the Wizard once more. If the issue persists you can always reach out to us for help!
