Login and Navigate to Products
Log in to your supplier account.
From the side navigation menu, click Products.
At the top of the screen, select Add New Product.
Add Product Details
You’ll now see an empty product page (see screenshot below). Let’s walk through how to fill out each section.
Product Summary
Begin by completing the Product Summary section:
Photos: Drag and drop images or click to upload from your device. You can add up to 10 images, so include individual product shots as well as lifestyle images.
Contact Person: Choose the appropriate contact from the dropdown list of your team members.
Product Category: Select the main category and drill down to the subcategory or sub-sub category that best fits your product.
Product Specifications
Next, complete the following key fields:
Name: Enter the name of your product.
Brand: Select the relevant brand from the dropdown list.
Description: Provide a brief product description, including key features, benefits, and applications to help with specification.
Country of origin: Indicate where the product is made.
Lead time: Choose an estimated availability time frame from the dropdown.
Base Materials: Type in the primary material (e.g., wood, steel, leather), if there is more than one, use a comma to separate the types.
RRP: Enter the recommended retail price in AUD. Pricing can include or exclude GST - this is decided during the initial company set-up.
Per: Define what your price refers to (e.g., per item, per square metre, per set etc.).
Price Type: Select either Fixed (default) or Priced From to show a starting price.
Single Product Configuration
If your product has no variants, select Single Option in the next section.
SKU: Input the unique SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) code.
Colour Swatch: Select the closest matching colour from the options.
Dimensions: Enter your product’s dimensions in millimetres (width, height, length, depth).
Finish: Indicate the product’s finish (e.g., matte, gloss, powder-coated).
💡Pro Tip:
While not all fields are mandatory, entering as much detail as possible ensures that designers have the complete information they need for product specifications. Incomplete data can hinder a specifier's experience.
See below for an example of a designer schedule:
Specifier Expectations
Designers often expect key details, such as:
Length (mm)
Width (mm)
Height (mm)
Depth (mm)
Colour
Material
Finish
Lead Time
Make sure these fields are fully filled out for an optimal experience.
Downloads
Upload supporting documents (e.g., product specs, brochures) that can assist specifiers with their documentation or decision-making process.
Finishing Up
Once all fields are complete, click Save as Draft in the top right corner. To preview your product, click on the eye icon at the top of the screen.
A preview will open in a new tab. If everything looks correct, click Save and Publish. Your product is now live on the Programa Trade Portal!
💡Pro Tip:
To unpublish a product without deleting it, select Save as Draft. The product will return to draft status and will no longer be visible in the Trade Portal.
