1. Create your account

In your browser, visit the following URL: https://app.programa.design/register/

Follow the prompts to create a Brand/Supplier account. Once the account is created, you will be logged in to Programa for Brands and prompted to create your company Profile.

2. Fill out your company details

Once you click on the Add button, a side tray will appear from the right-hand side of the screen where you can add:

  • Header image - an image to represent your brands visually

  • Company logo

  • Company name

  • Company email - a contact email that will display on your company Profile

  • Company phone - a contact phone number that will display on your company Profile

  • Website - the website that you would like displayed on your company Profile

  • About - a brief description of your company

  • Address - the main company address you would like displayed on your company Profile

  • Categories - select the relevant product categories for your company, this will help to surface your company profile when designers use filtering tools in the Brand Directory

  • Social links - add your company social links for Instagram and Facebook (optional)

Please ensure to complete every field in order to fully optimise your company profile. Once all mandatory fields have been completed, click on the black Done button at the bottom of the form.

Here’s an example of how this information is represented on a company profile:

3. Add your sales team

The next step is to add your sales team, make sure to add as much detail as possible to ensure their information is readily available to specifiers.

For each sales team member add:

  • Headshot photo - people prefer to buy from people, a photo plays an important role in how this trust is perceived, especially if it is a first impression

  • Name - include both First and Last name

  • Job title - clearly identifies the role and potentially location if your team manages a geographical territory e.g. a designer based in Brisbane will most likely connect with the sales team member who has QLD as part of their job title, for example, Sales Manager QLD

  • Phone - preferably a mobile number to facilitate direct contact

  • Email - enter the company email of the sales contact

  • LinkedIn - enter the LinkedIn URL of the sales contact as another contact method

Here’s an example of how the sales team is represented on a company profile:

4. Add your store locations

Add additional locations and include:

  • Location name

  • Location phone number

  • Street address

  • City

  • Postcode

  • Country

  • State

Here’s an example of how store locations are represented on a company profile:

If this is not relevant, skip to the next step.

5. Add featured content

Featured content represents the best of your brand and products. This can be a project or product article from your website, a piece of editorial from an industry publisher or even a digital catalogue.

Add up to three (3) items of featured content, each with:

  • A cover image

  • Title

  • Short description

  • External link

Here’s an example of how featured content is represented on a company profile:

6. Add additional brands

If you are a retailer or distributor and sell other brands, these can be added to your profile. Each brand you add to your profile will be linked to your company i.e. Misura is a stockist of the brand ‘LAGO’, as such this brand will be displayed on the Programa Trade Portal as ‘LAGO by Misura’.

For each brand you distribute add the following:

  • Brand cover image - an image that represents the brand

  • Brand logo

  • Brand name

  • Location - the location of the brand e.g. country of origin

  • External link - a link to the brand website or the location of the brand on your website

  • Exclusive brand - only toggle this on if the brand name is the same as your company name i.e. you only stock your own brand and do not distribute other brands

Here’s an example of how your brands will appear on your profile:

7. Submit your brand for activation

Once you’ve entered all the information for steps 1-6, your brand is ready for activation. Simply select the Programa for Brands subscription plan that is right for you and follow the steps to join. Our team will be notified of the subscription activation and will review your brand for suitability.

Programa is a valuable resource for designers, architects and interior stylists seeking original, compelling and inventive design. We are taking great care to curate the specification experience to ensure that only the best leading brands and exciting newcomers are presented on our platform.
