Step 1: Login and Navigate to Products
Log in to your Programa supplier account.
From the side navigation menu, click Products.
Select the product you wish to edit from your product list.
Step 2: Open Variant Management
Scroll down to the Product Options section.
Under Product Variants, click Manage Variants.
The side tray will open, displaying your existing Option Types and generated variants.
Step 3: Edit Option Types (e.g. Colours, Sizes, Materials, Finishes)
In the side tray, navigate to the Option Types tab. You can now edit variants the same way you created them:
Click Add Colour, Add Material, Add Size, or Add Finish depending on which section you want to update.
After entering each new option, click the Tick ✔️ icon to save.
Repeat for any additional edits.
Step 4: Save Option Type Changes
When finished, click Done at the bottom-right corner of the side tray. The side tray will close automatically.
To continue editing, click Manage Variants again to reopen the tray.
Step 5: Edit Individual Variants
With the side tray open, navigate to the Variants tab.
Here you’ll see the newly generated variants.
For each variant, complete the following fields:
Visibility - check to display on the product page; uncheck to hide.
Image - upload an image that best represents the variant.
RRP (AUD) - enter the price.
SKU - add a unique code.
When finished, click Done at the bottom-right of the side tray to save and close.
💡 Pro Tip: Complete all variant fields. When designers select options, the correct image, price, and SKU will automatically display and carry through to their schedule.
Step 6: Final Save & Publish
At the top-right of the product page, choose either:
Save as Draft – keep your changes unpublished.
To preview your product, click the eye icon at the top of the screen. A preview will open in a new tab.
If everything thing looks correct, click Save & Publish to make your product live.
Save & Publish – publish your edits immediately to the Programa Trade Portal.
✅ Your product variants are now updated and visible in Programa.
💡Pro Tip:
To unpublish a product without deleting it, select Save as Draft. The product will return to draft status and will no longer be visible in the Trade Portal.
